Amazingly lil hideaway

The place is better than I expected. There is a wwll appointed kitchenette that's not really pictured. We loved our stay and think you will too. Our hosts were also very friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy.

Amazing Gem

This property was definitely a gem! Giovanna is so sweet, and her property is beautiful. You get tons of privacy, it’s quiet, and the pool is gorgeous. I will without a doubt love to come back. Such a cozy getaway!

Absolutely Fabulous

The house was just as pictured, and all that was needed for our stay. Our hostess was friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and her husband was also charming. We are in close proximity to family in that area ,and visit every year, so I am definitely going to plan to stay here next year when we come down for our annual trip!

Giovanna & Tito's studio room was welcoming and comfortable, exactly as described. A very comfortable bed plus sofa, and pleasing touches like bedside lamps, clean kitchen area and shower room.Outside, the pool area was clean and tidy, with room to relax.Clever attention paid to little things like a guest mode on the TV allowed for us to use our own netflix and prime video acs.like bedside lights

Little slice of Heaven

We were in the area to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Giovanna's place was ideal for our needs. Coming back to the house and relaxing poolside at night was just dreamy. The ambiance at night was ideal for us to sit and reflect on the days' events. Our room was very cozy and we appreciated the freshness of the area rugs and bedding. We appreciated meeting Giovanna during our stay and appreciate all she did to make our stay a memorable one!

Giovanna’s place is excellent

Immaculate property, with privacy and all amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. We were really impressed with the space and enjoyed our time here, we will definitely be back. Giovanna was wonderful and kept us informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble and she even gave us a little gift for staying with her. We really enjoyed our stay close to lots of things to do including a day trip to the keys and shopping at sawgrass mills. Would recommend to anyone wanting privacy and relaxation but with peace of mind if you need anything your host is on hand. Thanks again Giovanna!

Nice place with some issues

We arrived after dark, it was chilly (low 50's) and raining. It was a real hassle opening the combination lock on the gate. It was above my head (I'm 6 feet tall) and didn't work on the first try. Having it lower would be very helpful but they would have to do a different latch on the gate. The room was advertised as having heat but the heater didn't work so it was very chilly in the unit. It was also very bright because the curtains are a sheer white so didn't block out much light. Bed was really soft and uncomfortable. The unit itself was small but very nice. The backyard, patio and pool were very nice but being in the 50's we weren't able to enjoy those. If the problems could be addressed it would be a nice little place.
