It was perfect for us all. Frank has a lot of staff for children and even gave us a high chair for the whole period of stay. Overall, he was very polite and super helpful during our stay. Location of the condo is perfect, it's just about 3 min. from the ocean on foot. There are lots of restaurants and a big city mall just on the US-1, it takes about 4 min to get there by car or a very pleasant 20 min walk in the evening. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay! The property is no frills but very comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure everything needed from beach chairs, towels and umbrella to pool toys, everything from a corkscrew to beverage glasses suitable for whatever your drinking amongst other necessities. We were disappointed the a/c wasn't centralized but that certainly didn't ruin the trip. Bring quarters as the laundry room is a pay per use. The beach is very close, easy walk.
