ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO offers a more private, atmosphere at our 4 story complex right on the beautiful pompano beach. This unit does not have a full on view to the ocean, though we are right on the beach. If you look at the picture of the complex, this unit is located on the third floor far left end of the building. However, if you go down the elevator, you were only 10 steps to the pool that stepped down to our private beach area.

This is a 400 Sq. ft. Open Floor Plan Studio Condo and is just perfect for 2, but can sleep 4. Located on the 3rd floor & yes we have an elevator! It has everything you need for the perfect stay at the beach! There is a little cove area right outside your door, in front of the laundry room, which guests like to use as a little sitting area. We have 2 high back chairs there for you to sit and look out at the ocean.
A queen size bed in the bedroom part area & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room part area with all linens provided.
There is a 42' flat screen located in the living room & a 32" flat screen in the bedroom. We also have free wifi.
The unit has a full kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and many cooking utensils. We supply beach towels, hair dryer & iron/board.
Our pool is heated, and has a nice patio with nice loungers, chairs, & tables for your comfort. Our pool steps down to our private beach area with 2 grills, additional tables, chairs and loungers.

Your Free parking space is located right in front of the building close by the elevator. There are laundry rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors.

We have many regular guests who continue to come back over the last 15 years, that absolutely love it here! This complex is located off A1A between Atlantic Ave and the 14th st. causeway, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! approx 1/2 mile south of the lighthouse.
There is a lot of construction going on in the Pompano area & next to us. If you think this would be bothersome to you, maybe reconsider Pompano Beach.

** We strive to make every one of our guests as comfortable as possible & to enjoy their stay. We DO NOT allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for guests staying only. All units are non smoking. We also have limited parking. Each condo has 1 free parking space in front of building. We do not have additional parking available for visitors. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this condo.
