"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. "Very clean room, helpful staff who took great care of our luggage…it was so convenient to have our bag shipped ahead on the ferry, so we could check out in the morning and enjoy the island for the day without lugging it around. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only down side was being able to hear all the dock and ferry noise on the waterfront side, but it was minimal. There were no vending machines, so I did have to venture out after business hours to search out a soda....
