"It was the PERFECT stay! The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were no issues with loud neighbors or dogs. We were well taken care of. The host was very easy to contact. I didn’t have access to my email to retrieve the instructions on getting inside the house. The host immediately responded and gave me the info needed. We had access to the garage, which made it very convenient. I highly recommend this place or any of their properties based on how well we were taken care of."

"Do not go to this place. The lady didn’t honor the Expedia rate and charged me a higher rate. Expedia says there is free breakfast but she doesn’t offer breakfast. In the middle of the night there was a drunken homeless guy banging on my door and yelling obscenities. Avoid this place."
