Get in and amongst the first to stay in this sophisticated Forster apartment. Located across the road from the NEW Civic Centre!

Comfortably furnished and close to absolutely everything. Live like a local in a quiet rear lane position with no one above you in the block!

Week long bookings preferred over 19th Dec - 14th Jan . Email interest for fewer nights and I will tack onto beginning or end of existing booking where possible.


This 2 bedroom unit boasts a Large, Top floor, North Facing Balcony on which to soak up rays all day long.

It has a NEW kitchen with plenty of preparation surface. Westinghouse stove and separate Omega cook top. Aldi coffee machine with use of pods makes for an enjoyable coffee and quick exit to the beach for morning swim or jog.

Ritzy & sleek bathroom - wet area with floating vanity, black tapware/shower & rear to wall toilet.

Lovely comfortable Queen Pillowtop ensemble in master. Two single ensembles in the accompanying second bedroom on which to sleep and recover from all the fun in the sun you will be having.

Relax on the Leather "Natuzzi" modular lounge and watch TV or read a book.

Quiet rear of block position. Listen to the birds chirp in the tree across the lane. The occasional Rainbow Lorikeet may visit the balcony.

Funky renovated RETRO Formica dining table and matching black chairs with white piping.

Internal laundry freshly tiled with beveled edge subway tiles and penny round floor tiles.

Games and puzzles for the rare rainy day.

The host was excellent and very helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable as well as being conveniently located. It is in need of a new lounge at some point, but this didn't detract from our experience.

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed and it was great to have a washing machine too. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. Location was brilliant, the apartment was very clean and comfortable for us.

The property was very clean and in an excellent location.Walking distance to a variety of restaurants,cafes and beach. Large rooms.comfortable beds . Excellent well equipped kitchen . Handy having a laundry . The bathroom was renovated but the shower screen didn’t stop the water going everywhere and causing a slipping hazard . We had to use so many towels to avoid falling on the slippery floors. The room is on third floor and no lifts . This property definitely not suited to those with small children . The garage parking is at the rear via a lane way .Very tight parking for our large car .The garage door needs some repairs ,it is difficult to open and close and the door comes down very rapidly ! There is room for improvement with this property .Very few directions on how to get into unit . Communication was poor We had numerous attempts to contact for check in details right up until after check in time we still had no response .

Great, quiet location

A lovely place to stay for the week in the beautiful town of Forster. A short walk to the shops and gorgeous sunrise/sunset walks. The kids enjoyed the beaches and fishing too. Thank you for a lovely stay. The place had all that we needed. Extra toilet paper and bin liners would’ve been handy though.

I had not used a key safe before and did not realise it was on the door of the unit. I search for somewhere at the entrance. The lounge had a big tear in it and it was the first thing that we saw when we opened the door. The kitchen was lovely and was well equipped Bathroom was nicely renovated however, my husband and grandson were concerned to use the shower as the glass panel in the shower was very small and the were worried they would flood the bathroom. 1 of the single beds had black specs on the sheets not sure if it was mould.

Great location, great propery

The unit is exactly as described in the listing and as seen in the pictures. A short walk to two beaches and the main shopping area. It was really helpful to have sauces, sugar, coffee, tea, and other commonly used food/drink items provided. I would definitely stay there again.

Forster Quick Stop.

We only stayed one day as unfortunately for the owner the hot water system broken down and had to be replaced. This was a slight inconvenience, but we enjoyed our Forster stay regardless of this happening. What was impressive was the speed in which the owner addressed our issues and within an hour of reporting the problem he had a service man attend the apartment and had us back with hot water until the whole hot water system was replaced the next day. We found that level of action and looking after us so well was worth a 5 star review alone.
