### TOP OF THE CITY Air-conditioned flat

A delightful newly renovated flat in the centre of Formia, a stone's throw from all the town's amenities and 400 metres from the train station. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without lift of an elegant building. It consists of a large living room with dining area, sofa and kitchenette equipped with every comfort including dishwasher. You will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. The house is air-conditioned, with large windows that make the rooms bright and airy. The double bedroom has a small balcony. Equipped with all comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to move easily in the neighboring towns on foot or by bus for the presence of the stop at 150 meters. Just 400 meters away is the station from which you can reach Rome and Naples in just over an hour. At 900 mt is the boarding point for the ferries to the Pontine Islands. Just 7 km from the centre of Gaeta, 18 km from Sperlonga, you can experience a journey through culture and nature but also enjoy the nightlife with youthful clubs and many fine restaurants.  
Excellent for those who want to unplug but also want to have everything within walking distance and fully enjoy the city and the various activities it offers but especially the paradisiacal beaches of the Riviera of Ulysses!  
Pets allowed on request with extra charge. Parking space included in the rate.
