Communication with the owner was great. Sizable backyard, perfect for barbecues and the fire pit was lovely. Our only complaint was the bathroom had a pretty awful smell when we first got there, coming from the drain of the shower. We also noticed there was some water behind the toilet (we think it was from the shower curtain not touching the floor all the way so some water leaks out.)
