Newly built and conveniently located close to downtown Forks is your perfect base camp. This tiny home is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath providing an open floor plan, tall ceilings, WiFi, covered outdoor seating and outdoor fire pit. You are sure to feel comfortable at your home-away-from-home between all of the local PNW adventures! Look no further!
The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. Located close to town but allows for plenty of privacy.
We recommend having your own transportation.
*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout*
-Important: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. For VRBO bookings, this is listed as an “administrative fee” and is calculated at 5.5% of the base rate to reflect the payment processing and integration costs incurred on the full reservation amount, including cleaning and tax charges. Direct bookings (website): 4% fee. This fee covers third-party processing costs and is not retained by us. Thank you for understanding! - Maximum number of guests not to exceed 4.
-No pets without prior written approval and payment of pet fee.
-Only use fire pit if you have adequate experience and know how to operate safely. Use of the fireplace, fire pit, is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your use of the same. Please do not introduce unapproved items in the woodstove – just firewood, kindling, matches, fire starters, Duraflame Logs, and this goes for the fire pit as well.
-Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the outside fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.
-This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed.
-Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
-We`re keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.
-Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
-No illegal drugs allowed.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors. You`d be surprised how sound travels through the neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.
-Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.
-No smoking of anything allowed indoors, smoke it outside please.
-We are honored you decided to choose, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.
-Want to stay an extra hour or so? Should be fine but requires approval, let us know in advance.
-Please stay out of the attic, crawlspace, shop and storage areas. These areas are dangerous and not designed for guests.
-PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked on the driveway only. Any illegally parked cars in the community are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the cabin.
-Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to our cabin or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
- Check-out: Guests will be charged an extra $25 for late check out; check out time is 11:00am unless otherwise talked about with the host. The charge is $25 per 30 minute increment. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.
--Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.
-We do not permit supplies, furniture, decorative items, appliances, and other furnishings to be removed from the home. Please leave the home as you found it.
-Please do not play with or tamper with the decorations on walls or shelfs. These are for guests to enjoy, not for play.
-Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.
-PERSONAL ITEMS: Please check the home for any of your personal items left behind. It is extra work for our cleaners to gather the items, take them to the post office and ship them. For any items left behind we are happy to mail them out however there will be a $50 charge to pay for our time.
License to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. This Agreement is not a lease, does not convey any real-property interest, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under any state or local law.
Primary Guest Responsible for All Occupants. The individual who books the reservation (“Primary Guest”) hereby accepts full legal and financial responsibility for (a) themselves, (b) all other guests, occupants, invitees, visitors, or persons allowed onto the Property (“Additional Guests”), regardless of whether such persons have signed this Agreement. Primary Guest represents and warrants that all Additional Guests shall comply with all rules, policies, and terms of this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement by an Additional Guest shall be deemed a breach by the Primary Guest.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Guest and all Additional Guests shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or costs arising out of or related to: (a) Guest’s or any Additional Guest’s use or occupancy of the Property; (b) violations of this Agreement or House Rules; (c) personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on or about the Property; (d) actions or omissions of Additional Guests, invitees, or third parties allowed onto the Property. This indemnity applies even if only the Primary Guest executes this Agreement.
Responsibility for Unauthorized Guests. Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that no person enters or occupies the Property unless disclosed to Owner or Property Manager. Primary Guest shall be liable for the conduct, damages, and violations caused by any unauthorized guest, whether known to Primary Guest or not.

We had a lovely time in Forks. It was fun to visit some of the Twilight themed sites. The national park was super close and we were able to explore and soak in the beautiful atmosphere. Also close to beach access and the Tree of Life.

Nice stay in Forks. Tiny house is less than 5 miles from the town of Forks and close to Second Beach and Rialto Beach (20 min) where there is great tide pooling. Hoh Rainforest 20 min away and Quinalt Rainforest 45 min away as well. House was clean and communication was easy.

The place was quiet, clean, and a perfect location to wind down after spending a day in Olympic!It had all the amenities you could ask for i.e. washer/dryer, grill, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, and a fire pit out back. Communication with the mystery property owner was super fast and efficient! High ceilings were a nice touch! It gives it a larger feel. 10/10 - would stay again.

It’s a shame one bad review made this property “wonderful “ rather than “exceptional “. It’s in a great location for the Hoh rainforest, beaches etc, is super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was no problem. Highly recommend!

This tiny house was perfect for our needs. It's in a perfect location for "base camp" to see the national park. Bed was comfy; very clean house; kitchen had awesome cookware, plenty of dishes but had no teaspoons which we found odd. There were only 3 butterknives as well. We had windows open for fresh air. It was just wonderful. Besides the teaspoon issue, the toilet paper holder was broken and the clothes dryer only worked if turned off and back on several times. That was a problem. Communication was a little frustrating too. The manager insisted that the link she sent for the Guest Binder worked on her end and could not understand why it did not work on our end. We know how to copy and paste. It did not work. Looks like it didn't matter anyway. We would stay here again provided the dryer works and with better communication. We recommend staying here.
