« The lady that met us open check in was very friendly & welcoming . She showed us to our room and said anything we need to just ask . Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great . Very nice stay would definitely come again »

« This was our second time staying at Ebenezer's Place and it won't be our last. Absolutely lovely B&B. The rooms are very unique. We loved the view from the window of the sea. Neal was amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He really made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely 10/10\. We'll be back again next year. « Très bonne adresse, chambres confortables, maison idéalement située. Jim le propriétaire est super acceuillant, aux petits soins, et très sympathique. Dommage que le nom de la maison ne soit pas écrit car les extérieurs n'indiquent pas qu'on est à la bonne adresse. Il reste que c'est une maison donc on entend le moindre chuchotement de la chambre voisine. Mais ça reste un détail si on sait à quoi s'attendre (pour ma part on ne m'a jamais précisé à la réservation qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un...

« Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost. »

"Hotel bien situé, personnel accueillant, propre, la vue sur mer est genial, petit dejeuner continental pas mal du tout (large choix), on peut se garer facilement dans la rue (payant), on avait réservé une chambre de 5 et nous n'etions pas les uns sur les autres. " nous tenons à remercier l'équipe pour son accueil. Cependant, plusieurs éléments nous ont profondément inquiétés et nous ont conduits à prendre la difficile décision de ne pas passer la nuit dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, l'ambiance était glauque et l'entrée de l'hôtel dégageait une odeur très désagréable, semblant provenir d'un chien et d'urine. En sortant pour dîner, une jeune femme nous a mis en garde de manière vague, sans fournir d'informations supplémentaires sur d'éventuels rôdeurs. Par la suite, un voisin a évoqué un incident grave, parlant de personnes buvant de l'alcool et mentionnant un viol sans plus de détails. Cela a été particulièrement troublant pour nous, surtout avec notre fille de 7 ans. La sécurité et le bien-être de notre famille sont notre priorité absolue. Dans ces circonstances, nous avons jugé nécessaire de réserver une chambre dans un autre hotel pour la nuit, entraînant un coût imprévu de 119 pounds. "
