8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
Room was filthy and poorly designed. Chairs didn’t sit under desks because they were too tall, bathroom was impossible to navigate comfortably. The carpet was nightmarish. I spilled water on the way in and explained that I spilled so that it could be cleaned up and no one would slip. About an 30-45min later I reminded them because it was still there. Came to find it partially cleaned up but still there later on. I did not remind them a second time. One elevator was frightening to get into and was clearly broken until they finally put up an out of order sign 2 days later. This created a traffic jam where people attempting to leave had to wait a very long time for the one elevator to make it up and down while guests left for work/breakfast. I ended up parking at the backside of the building and using the stairs.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
The hotel is a little bit out dated. If you want to ship packages, they charge handling per package. So, it could be very expensive . Other hotels do not charge. Just keep in your mind. Check your bills because they charge bottle waters automatically . I did not use it and it was a surprise charges.
Staffs are helpful.
