House was well equipped with everything needed, very comfortable and quiet, while close to the Snow Bowl and in a great location for a day trip to the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon and so many hiking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Especially for the price, doors were barely on their hinges, cabinets would barely open, mattresses had what appeared like blood stains, and the room had almost no amenities in it.
