Lovely stay! Enjoyed a magnificent dinner at The Butcher. Hotel staff was amazing!

At almost a thousand dollars a night; you expect more out of a property. Feels like a $129 hotel in any other city.

Room was clean,front desk clerk was excellent. Kind of felt unsafe only because the door to my room had been kicked in so the door wasn't closed good because there was a crack were the door was uneven. Other than that it was a good stay beds were very comfortable and not one roach!!!

I chose The Brazilian Court Hotel for a quiet night away from home because of its charm, reputation, and beautiful location and in many ways, it does deliver on that. The property is lovely and has classic Palm Beach character. I did receive a room upgrade, and staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s highlights. Unfortunately, the in-room experience was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The air conditioner did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room temperature never dropped below 73°F. I woke up around 3 a.m. uncomfortable and sweaty and had a restless night. Maintenance addressed the issue around 7 a.m., but by then the night was already lost. Additionally, there was no hot water for a morning shower. For a room costing approximately $900 per night, basic comfort such as climate control and hot water should be guaranteed. The hotel did offer a $200 discount, which I appreciate. However, the purpose of this stay was rest and relaxation, and unfortunately, that was not achieved. While the property has charm and a beautiful setting, this stay did not feel like a luxury experience or worth the price paid.
