The propane tanks for the grill and fire pit were all filled and nice to have. The only suggestion would be to filter the drinking water. It had iron taste to it. You can’t walk down to the water from the property, though. Good location, short drive to Fish Creek downtown shopping and restaurants. There was a problem with little black flies all over the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, though there was some solution in 3 glasses which meant to deal with the flies. it could have been cleaner, e.g. salt on the living room side table, spider webs, bits on floor.
