Great location! They are just on the cusp of needed renovation, I hope to return in a year or so to see it

What a cute place to stay! I wasn’t sure what to expect with the lack of front desk check in but the email we received the morning of our check in had all of the info we could have needed. Our room (Stover) was super cute and clean and big! We really loved the huge jetted tub. The common space on the main floor and the lit garden on the side of the house were so beautifully done and welcoming. We only stayed one night but I can see this being an amazing place to stay a few days, especially if traveling with a group. The location was superb, so close to Nelson Atkins and the Plaza. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house has onsite parking. We really enjoyed our stay here

Clean property, pool was great, restaurant had good food, and arcade was a nice touch. A little pricey compared to other resorts but great addition to KC.
