In all considerations a decent offer, difficult to concieve as a hotel - no reception service after 19.30, no bar, rooms spread across 2 buildings, no elevator ( access difficulties). In all fairness the rooms were spacious and clean, although getting the AC to function is a lot of guesss work ( the windows need to be closed and hope no one has set the timer) would I stay again - yes , but in the knowledge of the limitations. Breakfast Ok - but couldnt see the milk !

We had a lovely stay at the property. It is in a fantastic location, the staff was superb, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only negative was the bed - it was very firm so wasn’t the most comfortable. But the rest of the amenities and helpful staff made up for it.

10 out 10. Just had a fab weekend in Bran. Lovely Hotel, staff and breakfast, central to the towns amenities, with great views of the famous Bran castle. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again 😀.

"Hotel took my money never gave me instructions on the locked door. I had to sleep on front cement porch and go to bathroom in front yard. They never answered my calls or messages to open door.
