This bright exterior apartment offers a privileged location just 200 metres from the sandy beach, ideal for enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a bedroom with two double beds, providing a comfortable and versatile space for up to 4 people. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. A highlighted aspect is the private covered parking within the same building, which facilitates access and security for your vehicle. The 8m² terrace will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors with pleasant views. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, television, and heat pump heating to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.
