(1,001 reviews) Staff at front desk upon check in acted like we were disturbing him. No information in regards to our stay. It was an inconvenience for him to check to be sure we were on the list for airport shuttle the following morning. Dumb waiters were in terrible condition. They had 3 elevators with only one working and we were afraid to use it. Smelled like the belts were burning up in it. Whole place could certainly use a facelift.
