Summary:
Rydal House is a beautiful four-bedroom family home ideally situated in a central location. It is just a five-minute walk from the beach, Glen Gardens, and the town, making it the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the amenities you need. The house boasts stylish modern interiors and features a solid fuel open fire. Pets are welcome for a fee of £25 per pet.
The Space:
The property features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each offering a unique ambience and comfort. The stylish Master Suite, located on the first floor, boasts a king-size bed, cosy seating by the window, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms—one on the first floor and another on the second floor—as well as a twin bedroom on the second floor, which also includes a Smart TV.
For relaxation and convenience, there is a luxurious ground-floor shower room equipped with a walk-in shower and WC. The first floor houses a designer family bathroom that features a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, twin wash basins, and a WC, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. A second-floor cloakroom is also available, complete with a wash basin and WC.
The living space is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a large footstool, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A large flat-screen Smart TV, featuring Sky, Netflix, and Freeview, adds to the entertainment options. For those cooler evenings, the solid fuel open fire enhances the cosy vibe. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining room that accommodates ten guests and opens up to the rear courtyard through patio doors.
The kitchen is a highlight of the home, seamlessly leading out to the rear courtyard, and is equipped with modern appliances. You will find a dishwasher, an American-style fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave combination oven, and a washer-dryer. As for the outdoors, the enclosed rear courtyard provides a charming space for seating and external lighting, perfect for enjoying evenings outside. The location is ideal, as it is a mere five-minute walk to the beach, town, and railway station, as well as Glen Gardens.
