    Construit à l'origine en 1825 en tant que ruine, cet édifice unique classé Grade II a été transformé avec sympathie en deux ravissantes guérites indépendantes, tout en conservant l'aspect visuel d'une ruine. Construit dans la pierre de Filey Brigg, le complexe The Follies est entouré d’un parc naturel de 3 hectares. Long weekend break

The accommodation was very clean with all amenities we required, including beautiful surroundings. A welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates was a lovely touch. This was our second stay at The Follies and we will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at The Follies and we will definitely be back. It is a unique place with lovely character. The host is excellent, friendly and in close proximity, but not intrusive. The location is perfect for access to amazing beaches and seaside towns all along the coast. The accommodation is really comfy, warm, well equipped and the only thing we missed was good wifi access. Lovely cottage from the outside you would not think there were two cottages. Very impressed, spotless clean, everything you could possibly need. Lovely and warm considering the brickwork being so thick. Land at the back to exercise our dog. Great village with lovely pubs selling excellent food, a delicatessen and other shops. Five minutes from the main road to all the coastal towns. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back.
