Upon entering Captain’s Retreat, you’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming open-plan living area, designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious lounge features a large, plush sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for cosy evenings in. French doors open out to a small private patio, complete with seating and a BBQ, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or a morning coffee amidst the fresh sea air. The dining table comfortably seats six, ideal for family meals or games nights.  
  
The modern kitchen is a cook’s delight, recently refurbished to a high standard featuring a brand new oven and induction hob, a 70/30 split full size fridge freezer and a brand new dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all you may need, ensuring you have everything needed to create culinary delights during your stay. A thoughtful welcome pack awaits your arrival, featuring wine, crisps, sweets, and even a special doggy welcome pack for your four-legged friend. There is also a comfortable bedroom alongside a house toilet, completing the ground floor.  
  
Venture upstairs to find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The twin room is perfect for children or friends, complete with a Smart TV and an Xbox 360, along with a selection of games for endless entertainment. The master double bedroom offers a serene sanctuary with its own en-suite shower room, providing added privacy and comfort. A spacious house bathroom is also available on this floor, featuring both a bath and a shower, catering to all preferences.  
  
Captain’s Retreat is perfectly situated within The Bay Holiday Park, where a wealth of amenities awaits. Guests can enjoy the on-site leisure centre with a pool and gym or indulge in delicious meals and drinks at the park’s pub and restaurant. For those looking for outdoor activities, the park offers a children’s playground, tennis court, archery, and a boules court. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature tranquil lakes and direct access to a stunning beach, perfect for a day of sun, sea, and sand.  
  
A scenic 30-minute walk takes you into the charming town of Filey, renowned for its friendly atmosphere and a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores.
