I booked a Business room and was so happy to receive a renovated room. Beautiful and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean, mini-bar to keep drinks cool, and nice style. Staff are excellent and very close to HBF.

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants.
Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.

Our room that we were in was old and actually had mold in the room. My wife took a picture and they moved us.
Also the amenities of a free minibar felt like that the room we had was a scaled down minibar with some water and beer and when they then gave us a different room because of the mold, we saw the real minibar. Like I said I felt this was managed by the staff, because of what we paid for the room trough Expedia very disappointing and not at all the experience we had at the Steigenberger in Konstanz, also not a five star experience.
