### Poseidon 3, luxury 3 bedroom apartment with unobstructed beach and sea views.

Beach front 3 bedroom duplex apartment over 1st and 2nd floors with large balcony, private roof top sun terrace and a French balcony. This luxury apartment is at the very front of the Sunset Beach Club self catering holiday village overlooking one of the many pools and private beach. The sea views across Fethiye's island strewn bay are magical day or night and Poseidon 3 apartment is the perfect vantage point. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to an excellent standard and is air conditioned throughout for your comfort.  
Entrance floor: You have a long corridor with plenty of storage space; large open plan kitchen / dining / living room which leads out to your spacious balcony where you will eat, drink and relax; family size toilet & shower ; the 1st bedroom is a double.  
Top floor: At top of the stairs you have a second double bedroom with private sun terrace and yet more great sea, beach and mountain views; the 3rd bedroom is a twin; both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Sunset Beach Club Information: With excellent sea views and location only 10 meters from the beach of Calis, this site has got it all. The site is only a few minutes walk away from the large variety of restaurants and bars along the Calis beach promenade. The complex has its own Dolmus bus stop and taxi rank. Fethiye's bustling life with its bazaars, marina and charming restaurants and shops can be easily reached by a short drive by bus or water taxi. This upmarket and secure complex is perfect for families and couples who love the sea and a beach holiday, whilst still being within an easy stroll of plentiful bars, cafes, restaurants shops and supermarkets and numerous day and evening activities.  
  
Sunset Beach Club onsite facilities: The Wellness Centre on site includes a Turkish bath, massage and beauty centre. There are 5 outdoor shared pools while the villas also have private pools, 3 children's pools, a private tended beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, a restaurant, snack bar, pool bar, a mini-market, beach volleyball court, children's playground, car parking, WiFi internet and 24hr security and on site management available. Pools open April until November. Tours and car hire can be arranged on site or when booking and all manner of water sports are available on your doorstep where you can learn to scuba dive, para sail, and water ski, kite surf or windsurf. Your holiday will be stress free and set up for you to do as much or as little as you want.  
  
Travel & Weather in Calis / Fethiye: Dalaman International airport is open all year round and serviced by all major charter and schedule airlines from around Europe. Transfers are just 40min and can be booked when you make your enquiry. If you wish to hire a car this can be collected from the complex upon arrival, this way you don't have to worry about directions and driving.  
Fethiye and Olu Deniz holidays are perfect at any time of the year due to the stunning climate which affects the area. Fethiye receives average temperature in the summer of 30C, with daily peaks sometimes reaching as high as 40C. Temperatures are rarely below 15oc during the winter, which can be a great time to use a Poseidon 3 apartment as a base for sightseeing.  
  
Travel: The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the Northwest with 45 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost from £100 GBP return for 1-3 people and from £115 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking.

Brilliantly situated 3 bed apartment, with awesome views from balcony, including sunset over the bay. Quality of fixtures and fittings might not be of the very highest standard, but was fine for us. Julian, our host, was very helpful, communicative and friendly. Really lovely stay.

#### Home from home!

This was our second visit to Sunset Beach complex, staying in the Poseidon 3 apartment, and going with high expectations after our first visit, it did not disappoint! The apartment was clean on arrival and kitted out with everything we needed including a substantial welcome pack which was offered as an option at the time of booking. The sea views are breathtaking, from two balconies, and you can enjoy the sunsetting with a beer from the pool bar! The complex had everything a family would need - several pools, pool bar, shop, pool table, spa (wow!) and the friendliest staff ever! The host was amazing from start to finish - from booking to meeting us with a friendly goodbye for our departure. He was on hand during our entire holiday to answer questions or assist and arranged our airport transfers which were comfortable and reliable. He was also able to support with local knowledge of the area and took his time to answer our questions on our first day (and we had a fair list!) I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and complex and we hope to return to Sunset Beach very soon, miss you already! (Due to the significant inflation n Turkey, we hope that this property does not become unaffordable so that we and others can enjoy in future years!)

#### Nice place but could be a little better

Overall we had a nice holiday and the apartment was clean and bright and in a nice location overlooking the pool, with lovely views of the sea. Communication with Julian (who we had dealt with before) was good and he kindly sorted out the taxis to and from the apartment to the airport, welcomed us on arrival and met us on the last day. Taxi to and from the airport was smooth and on time. The apartment looked like it had a recent painting refurb as it was bright and cheery and was as it looked online. Spacious and with a good sized balcony that was in direct sunlight from about 2.30 onwards and it was enjoyable sitting out there. However there were some downsides to the apartment. The patio door to the balcony does not lock and whilst we were on the first floor and would have made quite a climb for an intruder it needs looking at. Julian said it had not been reported previously. With there being just the two of us we used the downstairs bedroom. The bed mattress was awful (thin and well used) and we had a feeling that this was known about as it had two poor mattress protectors on it. The drawer bottoms on the chest of drawers were also broken. The freezer part of the fridge is rusting and the upstairs shower over the bath is of no use as it has no shower screen or rail. The downstairs shower is excellent (hot and powerful). Brilliant for the two of us staying but not great if anymore wanting a shower and going out around the same time. Not massive showstoppers and it didnt spoil the holiday but with a little improvement could have easily been a 5 star place to stay.

Brilliant location, lovely sunsets on the balcony, both the apartment and the complex has everything you need. Very hot when we stayed so great that their was a breeze coming off the sea. Julian the host was very helpful and replies to being contacted very swiftly. Couldn't ask for more. The welcome pack was excellent also, well worth the extra money.

I am more than happy. the apartment has an enchanting view of the sea. the equipment far exceeds the description. Julian is a professional host and organizer. Julian organized the pick-up from the airport as well as the return trip very well. I would love to come back here.

Lovely, spacious, fully equipped apartment in a fabulous location. You couldn't get nearer to the beach. Convenient little market shop on site for your essentials. Julian, the property manager, was excellent, from answering pre booking questions, arranging airport transfers, and helpful local tips to making himself available if needed.

#### It was really great to wake up to the sound of waves

Under the sunset, as you drink your cold beer, warm seawater is just a few steps away. Your children really enjoy the swimming pool that is next to the apartment you stay. There is sufficient pub bar and restaurant, mini-market. Everything that you need is very close. if you even need more you can walk common big market or hire a bike. If you leave this comfort you can go to other beautiful places and doing activities. thanks Julian.

#### Wonderful stay at charming Calis

We had a great holiday, the apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the beach and sea and perfectly located to watch the stunning sunsets. The beach is a stones throw away with our own section, sun loungers and drinks delivered to you. The pool is also very nice. Julian made everything go smoothly; from booking, answering questions check in, local advice and sorting out a minor issue with the air conditioning very promptly. The restaurants are a short walk away with delicious food. A visit to the spa is a must! All in all an amazing time was had by all!

#### Just fabulous

We are a family with two young kids and this ticked every box for us! The restaurant / bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even delivering us a dinner to our door one night because the kids were in bed! The shop is well-stocked, hamam was a nice experience, pool and setting were absolutely gorgeous. Very reasonable walk to the promenade with loads of restaurants and bars along the beach. The property manager was really helpful and communication was great. All in all a fabulous family holiday!

#### Fabulous stay at Sunset Beach!!

We have loved every minute of our two week stay at Sunset Beach Club. The property was exactly as described, in fact it exceeded our expectations! The apartment was clean, lovely and spacious with breath taking views over the sea - watching the sunset go down from the balcony was truly amazing. From the initial booking through to vacating the property went smoothly - not one single hitch! Julian Jones was a wonderful host and always on hand if needed - welcome pack a nice touch on arrival! The pool bar and staff around the property were lovely and made us all feel welcome - especially our daughter who was treated like royalty! The Turkish Bath on site is a must-do - very relaxing and best one i have been to while holidaying in Turkey. Overall, I would recommend the Poseidon 3 apartment at Sunset Beach - what a lovely holiday experience - will definitely return one day! ☀️ 🇹🇷

#### Great location, accommodation and host

The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It was clean, homely and well equipped. The same goes for the Sunset Beach resort, which had great pools, a lovely cafe/restaurant and shop. Julian was a great host - responsive and really helpful with excellent local knowledge. Staying here is great for enjoying Fethiye, Calis beach and the local attractions, including a water park and activity park for kids, great restaurants, a lovely water taxi, shops and local markets. Highly recommend. Just note that the satellite TV doesn't have many UK channels, so come armed with entertainment if you think you'll need it!
