My husband had gone to the shop to get some and was banned from entering the hotel and asked to return it to the shop! We have 2 small children. The room was also very small, food and drinks double that to the seafront area. Nice clean pool that didn't get too busy. Good breakfast on the pool terrace. Comfortable rooms, although our garden room was really damp with poor ventilation - we couldn't really open the balcony door because of the mosquitos. The free WIFI also did not work whatsoever in our garden room. We had to go to reception for WIFI. There was a small supermarket right next door but a large sign that you couldn't miss when you walked into the Hotel informed you that it was FORBIDDEN to bring any food or drinks into the hotel from outside including WATER! There was a small fridge in the room which did not work. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and close to the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. It is in a good location close to the main street and few minutes walk from the beach. The pool area is nice, the pool is always a nice temperature and there were always enough sunbeds without needing to reserve them (we went end of June). I found some staff were a little intrusive and others a little rude, but many of the other guests seemed to get on well with the staff. Rooms have plenty of storage space and a sofa.
