They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Service was good but food was cold due to logistics (basement to rooftop ) so disappointing. The Hotel staff; Khadija, Hamid and Ayman (think that was their names) were so friendly, welcoming and made our stay memorable- thank you! The hotel is close to the Medina and numerous places to eat. It took a long time to check in and they tried to put my friend and I (separate reservations) in the same room. They fixed it but it took more time so we didn't get the break we wanted before we started our Medina tour.
