« We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R! »

« Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway! »

« The Mrs. and I needed a relaxing stay on the beach and this place hit all the marks. Location was fantastic and condo was charming, clean and had great views of the morning sunrise over the ocean. Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again. »

« The condo's location is great and access to the pool and ocean is super simple. Views from the living room and primary bedroom of the ocean are beautiful and you can watch the sunrise from all over the unit. There's also a ton of space in the living area which was nice. The building itself is quite old and that's evident throughout the unit and the onsite amenities -- water pressure, thin walls, general appearance, etc. -- but definitely not a deterrent. « The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property. »
