This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer. This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach. The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis. Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. You can see the ocean from almost every room and if you want to venture to town, it is only a few minutes' drive away. We had our best meal at Brett's Waterway Cafe. If you get the chance, take a boat ride on Amelia River Cruises. We took the coastal tour of Amelia Island and Cumberland Island and it was a lot of fun. ##### GI O.
