Beds and pillows were not as comfortable for us but it’s hard to beat one’s own bed and pillows. The first time driving up to the house was tricky we lost cell service and it was dark and raining so be careful to use the map provided by resort. You well thank me. The views were stunning, the game room kept the kids entertained, and everything was so clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place to go to unwind but also have fun. The community pool is nice but small. We had it all to ourselves on a couple of occasions. But with other people present it felt a little awkward and crowded. We took this trip for a peaceful, mountain getaway and we were not disappointed. The house had everything we needed and more. I have never been to rental that was so well stocked. The kids proclaimed that we were moving there! We wish!! Believe them when they say it is remote. Nearest grocery store is a good 30 miles away. Bring everything you need with you when you come. It's about 45 min from Blowing Rock and an hour from all the Yadkin wineries. Property was roomy, clean and in good shape.
