The service was great and without asking we were given a late checkout to align with our flight departure time. That was a nice touch. The pool areas are not pool areas as we would know it. Very disappointing as they were more like water display areas. I can only describe them as crummy and underwhelming. "What can I say about this place the staff was amazing and kind. The hotel is located right across the street from an Al Meera which is a Walmart like store that's open 24 hours a day. The rooms are actual apartments so they have everything you can think of in them. I will be coming back to this place on my next visit. There's no reason to stay anywhere else."
