"I stayed at Hotel Earl Charlevoix in May 2026. This hotel is in a perfect location to walk around the city, and the staff are very nice. At check in, I received a complementary upgrade to a room with balcony. Room was very spacious and very clean. But, here are the problems during my stay: Water pressure was very low in room on third floor making it difficult to shower. AC noise was very loud, and I had to turn it off. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway was really bad which woke me up several times at night. Breakfast was very basic. No bread, and no hot items. Low quality stuff. Coffee tasted terrible. Cut fruit was bad and not eatable. Rooftop bar should be nice. But , I couldn’t use during my stay because the first day they had sprayed insect control, and on the second day it was rainy. Overall, based on my experience, I’m not sure if I can recommend this hotel with such a high nightly rate."

"Lovely renovated property. Well equipped with all needed for family fun. Great gas grill, laundry room and very comfortable beds. Host were excellent and easy to communicate. I e rented on the island for 30+ years and this rental was the nicest one I have stayed at."

"The cottage is absolutely lovely! Mike is very responsive and provided great places to see and things to do. (Although if you stayed put right at the cottage, you’d be just fine! Plenty to see and do right there) The cottage is very comfortable and felt like home. Plenty of space and the dogs enjoyed their time also! Excellent views!"
