The property boasts five bedrooms and two living rooms; one with pullout. 12 adults can comfortably sleep in this home. 3 of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, deck access, and all have Smart TVs. Relax by taking a 2 minute walk to the beach or stay at home in your private heated pool. The pool patio has lounge chairs, covered bar and a swim up bar. Each of the bars have BIG Screen Smart TV's. Take in the night with many local highly recommended restaurants and bars within walking distance. A second story deck gives you a view down the canal for spectacular sunsets. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room seats 10 with the island seating two more. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street.
