9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,663 reviews)
We were very disappointed about how our room was serviced. We ordered room service our first night and the employee who delivered it was not real friendly. The food was terrible. The next day our room wasn’t cleaned. The following day our room was partially cleaned. The plates etc from our first night were never taken away.
Kids were running up and down the halls the whole time we stayed there. Everything seemed so chaotic. Not sure we would stay there again.
