Several bedrooms feature lake views, including a second primary suite and a queen bedroom, each with its own balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. A bunk room adds flexibility for younger guests, while a spacious, newly updated bathroom ensures smooth mornings for the entire group.

The private beach, accessed by newly added stairs, leads to sugar-soft sand and calm waters that invite swimming, long beach days, and quiet walks along the shoreline. Please Note:
- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- This property is perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Due to erosion, the bluff is very steep. Please keep an eye on children and pets.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- The third-story loft is not included in the rental of this home. For the safety of you and your guests, the plywood stop must remain on the loft ladder at all times. Tampering with the plywood stop or using the loft will result in a fine.
