We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. Feldstetten Hotel Deals
"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Friendly helpful kitchen staff and a full spread of healthy and fresh options. Our family was quite impressed. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. I think they are used to business travelers and not helping families get oriented. Also the hotel is not actually in the town proper, it is about 10 mins away by car. It is also situated off a very main road, which gets quite loud early in the morning. The facilities were nice fresh and very...

"The room was clean and just right for a family of three (2 adults and a toddler). There was a refrigerator, separate toilet and bath rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious so we could repack suitcases without trouble. There was a patio which had accumulated a fair amount of hail from a recent storm that my toddler was fascinated with. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh choices. The restaurant had a large event but we were able to have dinner in a separate...
