### Anker with Fenced Sun Terrace

Anker holiday apartment is just 800 meters from the Baltic Sea, ideal for families, surfers, or guests with dogs. On the fenced sun terrace, you can relax while your dog or children play safely. The apartment features a renovated bathroom with window, smart TV, barbecue, Wi-Fi, and parking directly at the house. You also have access to a large communal garden with sunbathing lawn and playground equipment.  
  
With 55 sqm, the apartment accommodates up to 4 adults or families with 5 people. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.  
  
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or, after booking, they are available for an extra fee per person.  
  
Gollendorf is a quiet farming and holiday village in the southwest of Fehmarn. The Baltic Sea dike is only 800 meters away, perfect for long walks and bike rides to the nearby villages of Orth and Lemkenhafen. Gollendorf Bay is ideal for beginners in kitesurfing, surfing, or stand-up paddling. Kitesurfing schools as well as surf and boat rentals are available in Orth, Lemkenhafen, or Gold.  
  
Shops, doctors, and pharmacies can be found in Petersdorf, just 3 km away. Numerous beaches such as Flügger Strand, Bojendorf, or Wallnau are nearby, making the location especially attractive for dog owners and families.
