This modern holiday home (semi-detached) offers 135 m² of living space for up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) and is ideal for family and wellness holidays. It features 4 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms, a sauna in the attic, and a utility room with a washing machine and an additional sink.

Sleeping arrangements include two double beds, two single beds, a bunk bed, and an additional single bed. A cot, an additional travel cot, and two high chairs are available. The spacious living area offers underfloor heating, a fireplace, a dining table for 8 people, an LCD satellite TV, a CD and DVD player, as well as books and games.

The fenced garden with east- and south-facing terraces, a beach chair, a parasol, garden furniture, and a charcoal grill invites you to relax. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Two parking spaces and a small wooden shed for storing toys, bicycles, and hobby equipment are also provided.

Important notes: Non-smoking house, no pets allowed. Bookings are only possible for persons aged 25 and over; youth groups are not accepted. A booking fee applies. Depending on the booking, an additional energy surcharge may also be applied.
