Two separate homes located on the same property. The main house and the apartment above the garage both have their own entrances, but can be joined by opening up a door. Enjoy 3 living areas, 2 kitchens, large office, 4.5 bathrooms and 7 bedroom with 10 beds.

Spacious custom home located next to a beautiful creek, Just minutes from the University of Arkansas. Includes a wrap around patio with outdoor dining, speakers, fire pit and grill. This property is ideal for corporate meeting or retreat.

The Space:
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space right next to Hamstring Creek. The property is .4 acres and has an estate like feel. The large private office has 2 desks and boasts High speed internet.

There are three master bedrooms with 3 king beds. All the bedrooms are very roomy and well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you need to relax. (Please note our normal rates include 10 guests. We allow up to 16 guests with a $25 extra guest fee per night for any guests above 10.)

The main master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, an oversized bathroom with a custom shower, tub and a Zen room with Yoga mats and kettle bell weights. The 2nd master also has a King size bed and on suite bathroom. The 3rd master bedroom is located in the apartment and has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom has a queen sized bed. The 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds with pull out trundles (this is the only bedroom located downstairs) and can sleep 4 people. The two other bedrooms in the apartment are queen size beds.

Custom kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook a family meal. Complimentary coffee is provided and the 2 kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, toaster, serving accessories, and more.

The large wrap around patio and large yard feel like you have your own private park. Includes a fenced in yard, with separate dog run and fire pit, plus a view and access to Hamestring creek. Enjoy the large living room with fireplace, and a TV with Roku for streaming your favorite channels.

Large office with 2 desks and 500 MB internet speeds, a formal living room and a playroom with a card game table, shuffleboard, bar, fireplace and TV.

Smaller pets are allowed, but must be pre-approved. There is a $100 per pet fee and we may require a non-refundable pet deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Bridgeport subdivision which is one of the premiere subdivisions in Fayetteville. Right next to a Hamestring Creek. Enjoy views of the creek and the sound of running water most of the year.

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There is a dog park and a golf course about a mile away.

Other Things to Note:
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

- EXTRA GUESTS- The Home you are booking is for 12 persons. Extra guests up to 20 total persons are welcome for $25 per night. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 23 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- Garage is not available to guests.

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
