Experience the charm of this updated Fargo home, perfectly situated in the heart of the city. This spacious house offers a comfortable retreat with modern amenities, including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and free parking. With four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, there's plenty of space for families or groups. Enjoy easy access to local attractions and dining, making it an ideal base for exploring Fargo. We're just a block from Island Park and the new Island Park Pool and water park.  
  
The Space:  
Step inside this charming Fargo home and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your stay. The house features four comfortable bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer a queen bed, ideal for couples or individuals. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor. The living room provides a welcoming space to relax and unwind. This home also includes two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, offering everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find free off-street parking, as well as an outdoor seating area on the front porch. The property is located in downtown Fargo, just a block from Island Park and the new Island Park Pool and water park.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This neighborhood is a mix of single-family homes and high-end condos. We're located just one block from Island Park and a few short blocks from Downtown Fargo

If you have vehicles, there is ample off-street parking on our gravel driveway next to the house. There is easily room for 4-6 cars. There is also free street parking in front of the house.
