Parc à thème Fantasy Golf and Game Room

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was not the best.. we made our reservations through a 3rd party and the room didn't look like the room we booked online (we thought we were supposed to have a kitchen area). When we asked they said the pictures online were for all different types of room, not to the specific room specified. The 2nd night we were there we had a huge cockroach in our bathroom. They moved us to another room and when we got out of the car there was a dead roach outside the door in front of our new room. When we moved the beds in the new room (to check for roaches) there was trash and pills on the floor under. The only thing they would do for us is give me a $20 credit for having to switch rooms. The AC leaks on the balcony's and there was mold on most of them from the huge puddles on them. They offer breakfast but it wasn't much. On a positive note.. the pool & pool area was decent. Most the staff were friendly. The beds were comfy.

The whole time we was there, no hot water, just Luke warm, they looked at it and did something and had hot water that evening and that was it.
