• Upon entering, you’ll find the bright and spacious living room with a 75-inch LG TV and an Antonio Lupi fireplace next to our “Alberello Ficus Love” plant, featuring a French door with a stunning ocean view.

• From here, you enter the bright kitchen with a central cooking island and walls and ceiling finished in fine oak, featuring a small terrace that also overlooks the sea.

• From the kitchen, a LED-lit hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one of which is located inside the Suite (from which it takes its name)—for a total of 10 sleeping spots divided into 7 different areas arranged as follows:

- A double bedroom with a large wall-mounted mirror and a terrace offering a spectacular 180-degree view stretching across the Marche hills from the castle of the Montegiove hermitage to the Adriatic Sea. Total: 2 people.

- Double suite with an en-suite bathroom overlooking the historic center and the surrounding hills. Total occupancy: 2 people

- Room with four single beds and built-in closets, offering views of the historic center and the hills, adjacent to the suite. Total: 4 people.

-Sofa bed with a full-size mattress featuring 700 springs and a 17-cm memory foam top layer, located in the living room facing the TV and next to the “Ficus Love” plant, with a sea view.

• Stefano (aka Steve Bergling) born in 1989, he owns a family business selling fresh clams and is the fourth generation of a quintessential Fano seafaring family; he is also the only Italian in the world to have worked in Alaska on a well-known crab-fishing TV show aired on the Discovery Channel.
Founder of the Bergling Apartments complex, named in honor and fond memory of the renowned Swedish producer and DJ Avicii, aka Tim Bergling.

His knowledge of the surrounding area, local businesses, and the restaurant scene is truly impressive.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in the residence.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, even with the windows open or while leaning out the window.
Penalties will be imposed in the event of a violation of the NO SMOKING policy.

LET’S BE CLEAR ABOUT NOISE:
This house is located in a very quiet area within a neighborhood of other homes occupied by local residents, including families and couples. This house is ABSOLUTELY not suitable for parties or loud noise, especially late at night. We thank you in advance for reading this very important notice.
