False Bay Tours and Activities

The room was tiny. They door lock was not functioning properly. I put the desk in front of the door. Very cheap looking. The room had old 50s paneling.

The accommodation was adequate overall, but there were several areas that could be improved. There was no TV in the living room, which meant we had to watch television in the bedroom. The kitchen cabinet doors were difficult to open and close, and the spare toilet paper stored under the sink was stained, suggesting it had been there for quite some time. The pillows were extremely flat, to the point that two pillows barely provided the support of one decent pillow, which made for a less comfortable sleeping experience. Parking was also an issue. Given the size of the accommodation, the available parking was insufficient, leaving us to park on the street. Upon arrival, we were offered complimentary wine. Since we don’t drink alcohol, I asked whether an alternative was available for guests who don’t drink, but was told there wasn’t one. Offering a non-alcoholic alternative would have been a thoughtful gesture and a more inclusive way to welcome guests. The town itself is quaint and charming, although there is enough to see and do for only about a day. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but attention to details such as comfort, cleanliness, parking, and guest amenities would have made the experience much more enjoyable.
