The Space:  
This home, tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, offers both scenic ocean views as well as those of the Little Pond Conservation Area from the top-of-home widow’s walk, fully immersing you in the stunning natural beauty of this popular coastal destination. Bristol and Falmouth Heights Beaches are both less than a 5-minute walk from your front door, giving you the option of spending full days at the beach while maintaining a convenient distance to the home for meals and breaks from the sun. Having this much exposure to the water also means you’ll have an abundance of activities at your fingertips such as surfing, boating, ferries, fishing, and more. Seafood lovers come from all around to seek out the fresh fare that only a coastal city can provide, and you’ll be within walking distance of several restaurants featuring vibrant menus sourced from local, in-season ingredients. After a relaxing day on the sand or spent exploring, head back to Lookout Point, your own personal retreat to rest and recharge.  
  
The home’s interior combines antique charm with modern amenities, striking the perfect balance of comfort and style. The formal living room features wall-to-wall picture windows illuminating the space in natural light, with ample sofa seating and a smart TV for streaming all of your favorite shows. Bedroom #3 includes 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed.  
  
The home includes 3 full guest bathrooms – the first with a pedestal sink and glass walk-in shower, and the second and third having been newly remodeled with dual vanities and glass walk-in showers.

Falmouth is a beautiful town located on Cape Cod. It is the second largest town on the Cape, known for its stunning beaches, charming downtown, and rich history. Nobska Point is a must-see destination, offering stunning views of Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay. You can also take a tour of Nobska Light, which is a historic lighthouse that has been standing since 1831. The downtown area of Falmouth is a charming place to wander around. There are many shops, restaurants, and galleries to explore. You can also find the Katharine Lee Bates House, which is the home of the author of the poem "America the Beautiful."
