To Downtown Asheville Perched on the side of Arrowhead Mountain, the house has beautiful treed views from every room. An amazing natural stone wall welcomes you to a beautifully decorated living room, offset by a wood burning fireplace visible from the living and dining areas. A separate dining room, with a large 8-10 person dining table, makes you feel as though you're suspended in the trees, proving an beautiful view. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, which includes full size, stainless steel appliances and lots of great cooking equipment. A pub table with two chairs sits at one end of the kitchen – because we know everyone loves to be in the kitchen. The master bedroom suite on the main floor features a king bed with an comfortable organic cotton mattress, large flat screen television, and a master bath with a large tile shower, double sinks, granite counter top and two walk-in closets. A second bedroom features a cozy king bed with organic cotton mattresses and large flat screen television, and shares a full bath with a third bedroom with a twin daybed which converts to a queen bed. This third bedroom is the smallest of the four and has no dresser. A large family room is located on the lower level/walk-out basement and features a wood burning stove encased in a large brick fireplace, and 55 inch flat screen television. A perfect place for kids to watch movies and for the big kids on game days. The sofa converts to a comfortable queen bed with memory foam mattress for extra sleeping accommodations. A fourth bedroom is also on this floor with two extra long twin beds with organic cotton mattresses, which can be pushed together to make a king, as well as a large full bath with a tub/shower. All four bedrooms have wonderful tree line views. Just lie in bed and enjoy the view. The large decks are complete with a gas BBQ grill, patio chairs for lounging and two outdoor dining tables, and is completely private for the perfect place to relax while you listen to the sounds of the creek flowing through the property. Take in the view while you relax in the hot tub - it's great! \*\* No bachelor or bachelorette parties are permitted. There is a strict 10pm noise curfew. If you and your guests are looking for a house for a party or where you can make some noise, this house will not suite you. While no smoking is allowed inside the house, we provide sand pots outside should you wish to smoke on the deck. This house was perfect for us. Loads of room, extremely comfortable, and (best of all) quiet and peaceful. We were just minutes from Asheville itself, but it felt like we were in another world. The hot tub was a huge plus too! I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the area. ##### Morgan L. This is actually true in this instance, as this property is in close proximity to the Asheville airport, the downtown area, the river/arts area, everything. However it is far enough away from everything that you really feel like you are in the woods. Nestled right up against the edge of the mountain, you will feel like you are literally up in the trees in this location. I was stunned by the beauty of the area and the details of the house's design. And the owners were not only communicative and helpful but also made everything a total breeze for my group. We all loved sitting on the deck/patio in the morning and then going off to explore the wonderful areas around Asheville. Having the spacious area downstairs was like having a complete second rental. However, this area would be difficult for people with mobility issues due to the steep steps which lead down to it. There is a separate bedroom/bath (with twin beds plus a queen sofabed) downstairs which would be perfect for another family or maybe the teenagers! The owners could not have been more helpful when we needed them and told us many interesting stories about the house. Please remember that this house is in the mountains and the roads around it are twisty and sometimes steep. However, this rental surpassed our expectations and we would recommend it highly to anyone considering it. You will leave with many wonderful memories! ##### Karen A. You actually feel like you are in the trees!! The quiet and peacefulness was so relaxing. We were even able to see a couple of resident bears. The owners of this house made sure you lacked for nothing and were great recommending places to shop for food, sites to see etc. Our family had a wonderful time. Though located in a remote (gorgeous, wooded) area, it was easy to find. The directions were perfect. Tonya was a fantastic host, calling me prior to our stay and available while we were there. The most picturesque scenery you can imagine. We felt like we had “a little piece of HEAVEN” for our long weekend. Our hostesses were amazing! With one call, a minor issue was resolved!! The home is situated in a private, quiet, location and the home and property are stunning. The owners were very communicative from the start and available at any time although they left detailed information and we had no need to contact them during our stay. Easy commute to Biltmore and other Asheville locations (check out Lexington Glassworks!). Tanya had everything you could possibly need. The Christmas tree was up, the kitchen was completely stocked, towels, all the beds were very comfortable. Tanya was wonderful in responding to any questions I had prior to going plus she personally called to check on us and tell us about last minute items we would need to know. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would ever need. You could cook thanksgiving dinner there and have everything! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck with the amazing view. The view can also be seen from the den so that is nice when it’s raining. The coffee maker broke while we were there but Tonya came over that day and replaced it. That was so sweet! It’s in a great location. Close to black mountain and Biltmore. There is a lot of parking also. We had 4 cars. I will bring my family back there for sure! ##### julie k.
