Excellent location opposite Quechee Gorge; quaint, charming old-time Inn; very quiet. The on-premises restaurant was outstanding, both in terms of the food and the serving staff. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our dinner and next morning's excellent breakfast. On the minus side, the air conditioner cycled on/off frequently in short, annoying bursts. The room furniture was eclectic and dated, although the bed was comfortable. The old plank floors creaked noisily, which didn't really bother us, but we wondered how anyone happening to occupy the room beneath us would have felt about the noise.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The staff friendly and the stay easy. All the amenities one needs. Breakfast coffee and small food options in lobby were a good touch. I enjoyed the taproom for dinner too.

Great location and very nice place. Check in was smooth and communication was quick and efficient. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and dog. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed the games and restaurant on site. Perfect place to spend a weekend in Vermont.
