"The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend."

"After 20h of traveling, we managed to find the place. It is hidden inside a building at the 30th floor, without any clear indication. Nobody spoke English. We get there, the confirmed reservation did not apply, and they were at full capacity. On the phone with Expedia. Nightmare. They start yelling ..."
