I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything

"Hotel is beautiful! However, most travelers probably aren't aware of the hike up the mountain to get there. Best advised to rent a jeep or a 4 wheel drive. There are alternate routes to the hotel, one of which is dangerous in terms of the tiny road with no rails. To avoid that, best to ask the hotel ..."
