The spacious, air-conditioned 3 bedroom holiday unit has been renovated throughout and is equipped with all the modern comforts including Wi-Fi. It is your home away from home. The villa is within walking distance to town centre and has been well appointed for you to have a relaxing break with your family and friends. After a day of exploring around Exmouth, enjoy a refreshing swim in the Osprey Village pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. The villa sleeps up to 8 people. Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, three comfortable lounges, a library and magazines, a stereo and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Modern and sleek kitchen equipped with a cooktop, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. Family bathroom. Separate toilet. Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open style loft area with two Single beds and a double sofa bed. Outdoors: Dining area with a built-in barbeque. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat. External bathroom including a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years and a security deposit is payable prior to check-in at the property. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability. Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. Reviewer Comments: On arrival, we were greeted with a ‘festation’ of cockroaches that were literally laying on the bath mat in the main shower area. There were lots of baby & adult cockroaches nesting in the mat... it made us feel disgusting as we have young children that we brought away for our 1 weeks holiday for the entire year. Upon checking the upstairs area , we found a smoke detector just hanging by a cable from the roof (so probably not even hard wired or working?).. the same hole in the ceiling enabled a very large huntsman spider to then come through in the middle of the night & land on the bed where our 6 year old son was sleeping & it actually terrified the \*\*\*\* out of him to the point where he didn’t want to sleep there anymore. On the first night, we couldn’t even prepare food safely in the kitchen area due to some of the lightning not even working above the food prep area in the kitchen! To make our holiday even more relaxing the TV remote was broken & every time we wanted to adjust the volume we had to get up , walk over to do it . The 2nd night we decided to have a bbq outside... we opened the bbq cover only to be greeted with more cockroaches literally running over the grill / hot plates!The pool at the facility had a huge problem with ants & the children couldn’t stand on the outside of the pool without being bitten by the festation of ants!We reported our accom maintenance requests on the morning of our 2nd day to the so called hotel management staff, though not one thing was actioned whilst we were there. On the last night we were packing up my wife revived a ‘stick injury’ from a potentially used diabetic needle device which was left in the top drawer of the clothes cabinet that both my wife & 2yr old daughter were sharing their clothes in!
