But it is basically a student bed sit, which I have no issue with, however it’s not sold as that. Bus stops were also close by for easy access but walking was also doable. Had all that we needed and when we arrived we were even given cookies. Close proximity to city centre (10 minute walk), convenient co-op directly opposite and free parking with permit provided. Kids absolutely loved having an Xbox in the apartment and everything was spotlessly clean from bathroom to bedding to cutlery and crockery. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Exeter.
