    This modern, open-plan two-bedroom home offers a comfortable and stylish base for your stay in Exeter and the Topsham area. The house features a contemporary bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink, as well as a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

    Located in a quiet residential area just off the M5 (J30), the property sits conveniently between Exeter and Topsham. Public transport is excellent, with bus stops only a two-minute walk away and the local train station just four minutes on foot. Exeter city centre is approximately 3.5 miles away, Topsham is 2 miles away, and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium is less than 1 mile from the house.

For eating out, you are spoilt for choice with brilliant, award-winning restaurants in the village of Topsham.

A lovely house, modern clean in a perfect location, close to the motorway and Ikea. The garden is super lovely too! Perfect property, clean and the check in was also great. Will definitely come here again next time I’m in Exeter .
