Inside, the large open plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing and admiring the view from inside. Sleeping 9 people across 4 rooms, it is perfect for a family or group of friends getaway.

Where will I be?
Balangara is a 7 minute drive from Exeter. Bundanoon and other Southern Highlands villages are also within short driving distances.

How is the property laid out?
Balangara is a home with two 'wings'. In one wing you have the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, the media room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the same wing is a bedroom and mezzanine style study. In the other wing are 3 bedrooms, including the master with its impressive ensuite, the main bathroom and laundry.
There is a large games room in the shed near the pickleball court.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Close to the house is a large, paved patio area with a dining table, outdoor seating and fire pit. The sunken spa overlooks the nearby bushland - the perfect spot to relax! Cook up a feast on the wood and coal fuelled BBQ. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the pickleball court. There are sloping lawn areas around the house. Please note there are 2 unfenced dams on the property.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
The media room has a fireplace for cosy winter days and nights. There is split system air conditioning throughout for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Balangara supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Balangara has open air parking for 3 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Is there any special information I should know about?
Please be aware that there are two security cameras, one over the entrance and one over the outdoor dining area. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
